Attorney Profile: Heidi C. Noll

Heidi C. Noll is the founding member of the Law Offices of Heidi C. Noll with locations in Allentown, Pennsylvania and Boulder, Colorado. Each member of the firm has been trained and mentored in the firm’s philosophy.

First, we recognize that the most important things to our clients are their children and their financial success. As such, all of our cases are a priority replete with phone calls and/or emails being responded to the same day or the following business day by noon.

Second, most people hire an attorney to litigate their case. As such, the firm is composed of strong advocates. However, in order to achieve the desired results, every case does not require litigation. Therefore, depending upon the circumstances of your case and after conducting a case cost-benefit analysis meeting, if appropriate, our members may recommend settling.

Heidi is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and Colorado. Heidi now represents clients on a case-by-case basis in both states, including offering Unbundled Services. As such, Heidi also offers to work with clients on specific, defined tasks, rather than handling a case from start to finish. This allows clients to pay for only the legal help they need, making services more affordable and accessible.

Heidi received her law degree from Arizona State University Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law. Upon establishing the Pennsylvania firm in 2011, Heidi’s intention was and remains to always limit the law practice areas to those involving Family Law.
