Heidi C. Noll is the founding partner of the Law Offices of Heidi C. Noll and concentrates her practice in the areas of Domestic Relations and Protection from Abuse (PFA) proceedings. Ms. Noll has been licensed to practice law since 2004 and has represented clients in every aspect of family law litigation including divorce, custody, child support, spousal support, equitable distribution, prenuptial agreements and relocation. Attorney Noll has extensive experience in Protection from Abuse proceedings and is certified to access the Protection From Abuse Database (PFAD), the state wide protection order registry operated by the Pennsylvania State Police (PSP).
Attorney Noll is licensed to practice law in both Pennsylvania and Arizona. Ms. Noll is a member of the Pennsylvania, Arizona, and Lehigh County Bar Associations. Prior to beginning private practice, Ms. Noll was both a police officer and an attorney for the Phoenix Police Department. As a lawyer for the department she trained 3500 sworn personnel in criminal law including: Search & Seizure, Civil Liability and Rules of Evidence and advised command staff on issues affecting the Department.
In her spare time, Heidi enjoys traveling, hiking, biking and spending time with her Doodles. When able to do so, she enjoys making family memories with her son in Colorado.
Amy L. Koren is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and has a membership with the Pennsylvania Bar. Ms. Koren graduated from Florida Coastal School of Law with a concentration and honors certification in family law. During her time in Jacksonville, Ms. Koren served as a court appointed child advocate volunteer for the Office of Guardian Ad Litem. As an advocate, Ms. Koren worked with community partners and made recommendations to the court regarding the best interest of the child.
In addition to interning for the Honorable Roberto Arias 4th Judicial Circuit, Ms. Koren was an active member of Florida Coastal’s Family Law Society and earned book awards for her classroom performance in Alternative Dispute Resolution and Family Law Mediation. Ms. Koren also received training at the Hubbard House, a shelter dedicated to protecting victims of abuse, during her advanced writing coursework in Domestic Violence.
Since joining the firm in 2014, Attorney Koren works with clients to prepare legal documents, including pleadings, contractually binding agreements and comprehensive legal briefs. In addition, Attorney Koren assists clients with negotiations to resolve their case and represents clients at divorce conferences designed to facilitate an amicable settlement involving the division of property and other economic claims, without the need for costly litigation.
Attorney Koren is a native and lifelong resident of the Lehigh Valley.
In her spare time, Amy enjoys being with her family, including her dog, Bert, going on outdoor adventures and attending festivals and events. She is an avid golfer and animal lover.
